Thank you for your interest in Townhouse Road! Our community is conveniently located off of Route 293 & Brown Avenue in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Each townhome comes with central a/c, washer/dryer hook-ups and one assigned off-street parking space. Extra assigned parking is available for a monthly fee.
Our maintenance staff is on call 24/7 for emergencies and you’ll enjoy a smoke-free atmosphere in our smoke-free buildings. We do not allow smoking in the buildings, on the balconies or within 15 feet of entrances, windows, doors and air-intake units. Our community is also pet friendly! We allow up to two indoor cats or dogs for an additional fee (some breed restrictions apply).
