Our Process

Step 1

Complete the application below. Please be as thorough as possible to avoid delays. All occupants over 18 years old must apply. An application fee must be paid for each applicant.

Step 2

Avise Properties will run a credit and criminal check on all applicants over 18 years of age. We will also request a landlord reference and proof of income.

Step 3

Avise Properties will process and evaluate your entire application. You will be notified immediately upon approval.

Step 4

You're approved! Submit your security deposit to secure your apartment. It's that simple. We look forward to having you become part of the community!
