Extra assigned parking may be available for a monthly fee. The bedrooms and bath are located upstairs. The lower level is perfect for a home office or family room. Extra storage is included. Residents are responsible for the electricity, gas heat and internet/cable. Our maintenance staff is on call 24/7 for emergencies and you’ll enjoy a smoke-free atmosphere in our smoke-free buildings. Our community is also pet friendly! We allow up to two pets, either indoor cats or small dogs under 50 pounds for an additional monthly fee (some breed restrictions apply).
